Chairman`s Reserve 1931 показва майсторството в производството на ром на малкия остров Санта Лучия вече повече от 80год. Този бленд съдържа в себе си ромове от колонния дестилатор и от 3те вида медни казана, като 90% от дестилата е в следствие на ферментацията на меласа и 10% на сок от захарна тръстика. Този уникален ром отлежава от 7 до 12год. в бъчви от американски бял дъб, но част от него и в бъчви, в които първоначално е имало порто.
