“Рибека” е едно от трите „култови“ вина на избата. Благодарение на Фириато, този древен и местен сорт Периконе, е спасен от изчезване. Днес той се отглежда в имението на Пианоро Чудия. Мястото е много ветровито, почвата много суха, идеални условия за сорта. Получава се вино, което има единствен по рода си характер, чисто, топло и сочно, елегантно с вкусове и аромати, които не можем да намерим в друго вино.
