PS е създадено само от грозде от едно лозе, което е засадено от Сиро Паченти в северната част на Монталчино в началото на седемдесетте години на миналия век. Бутилира се само в изключителни реколти (не повече от 1500 бутилки). Досега са бутилирани – 2006, 2007, 2010, 2012 и 2015. Виното не е филтрирано и позволява продължително отлежаване. Най-добрият период за консумация на реколта 2010 ще бъде между 2018 и 2035 г.
