Винификация: След нежна преса мъстта се декантира в продължение на 24 часа при фиксирана температура от 10°C, след което започва ферментацията във вани от неръждаема стомана в продължение на 15 дни при контролирана температура между 16°-18°.

Характеристика: Блед лимоненозелен цвят. Много изчистен и комплексен аромат, с интензивни нотки на розов грейпфрут, бяла праскова и зелен пипер, маракуя и бъз. В послевкуса се усеща приятна.
