Винификация: След нежна преса мъстта се декантира в продължение на 24 часа при фиксирана температура от 10°C, след което започва ферментацията във вани от неръждаема стомана в продължение на 15 дни при контролирана температура между 16°-18°.

Характеристика: Бледолимонов цвят с кехлибарени отблясъци. Ароматът се отличава с интензивен букет от цитрусови нотки, аромати на кайсия и липа. Тялото е средно със страхотен баланс, с нотки на зрели череши и златна ябълка.
